We are surrounded by plastic objects, which make 21st Century living and lifestyles possible. As well, plastic plays a vital role in merchandising and trade.

But we are haunted by concerns for Planet Earth, and the images and reality of overflowing landfills, ecological damage and massive floating islands of plastics suffocating the oceans.

Lisa has over 15 years’ experience in the sustainability, built environment and environmental management sector. She is passionate about the environment, green building and smart living.

There is an urgent need now for innovators, designers, manufacturers, and packaging decision-makers to understand how packaging design can affect container recyclability, and where feasible, to design packaging to be compatible with the broadest range of recycling operations and technologies.

This is an opportunity to listen to an industry expert – and your contribution in this discussion will be invaluable.
